Yesterday, we attended a job fair at the FEFA Faculty, where we presented our company, internship and employment programs to the students.
Our colleague Tamara Ponjavić, who is currently a master student at the FEFA faculty, spoke about her experience in our company during the Job Pitching part. Tamara shared with her university colleagues what her path from internship to employment at BDO looked like, but also how long it took her to progress to a better position.
Dusan Babac MSc was in charge of simulating job interviews with all interested students, but he was also Tamara's support during the presentation of the company.
