Within BDO Audit, the Department for the audit of IT systems has been established, employing 5 professionals, out of which 2 hold the CISA title and one with CISM title.

Department for the IS audit, together with its clients, works on identification and elimination of deficiencies in organization, functioning and management of information systems, as well as on the optimization of resources.

Our professionals assist clients in assessing the IT risks, organization of safety, integrity verification and data availability.

IS audit is based on the BDO methodology, internationally recognized COBIT methodology, ISO 27001 standard, with the support of the CAAT tools.

The product of our engagements includes a report on the observed deficiencies, as well as recommendations for their elimination and the ways to avoid and/or mitigate the potential risks.

Furthermore, our engagements are focused on increasing the integration of business functions with the information technology function, ensuring the optimal utilization of IS resources and increasing the level of IS quality management.
